This will be an informal gathering in the church basement in place of the regular worship service. Our special guest will be Beth Martin who will briefly speak on the importance of self care. She will also lead us in a few gentle yoga stretches. Work stations will include card making and assembly of the comfort kits. Please help by picking up some extra shampoo, conditioner, hand/ body lotion, lip moisturizer, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, puzzle books, coloring books, pencil crayons, notepads, etc. These comfort kits will be given to the folks at Freeport Hospital. Everyone is welcome to join us!
